We utilize many pieces of advanced equipment to complete the entire production process. We have the capabilities to supply large orders at affordable prices.

We carry out strict quality control and inspection throughout the entire production process to make sure all hardware components live up to our standards. We also offer custom services in addition to standard products.

We offer products made from various materials to satisfy the different performance requirements and preferences of customers. We use zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, aluminum, iron, stainless steel, plastic, and copper. These high purity materials are all certified to ensure high durability.

We can provide mold production plans upon the request of customers and then begin production lasting around 30 days. After completion, we will send a sample to customers for confirmation.

Our production facility is fully equipped with manufacturing machinery like die-casting machines, injection molding machines, and stamping presses to fulfill all your needs.

Our hardware products can be produced with various surface treatments like spraying, oxidation, electroplating and sand blasting depending on your needs and preferences.

Our assembly lines can produce 5000 products on average in a single day, which means we have the capabilities to fulfill large orders.

We utilize materials analysis instruments, salt spray testers, and corrosion test chambers to carry out strict product quality inspection before they ever leave our factory.
